Leading international health and life insurer, Allianz Worldwide Care, has announced it is to create 100 new jobs in Dublin and move into a number of newly purchased offices in Park West Business Campus, Dublin 12, where its Irish Branch is currently based. The new roles will span the entire business with an emphasis on claims, helpline and client services, medical services, underwriting and pricing.

The new openings have been created following a number of new client wins, particularly in the Intergovernmental Organisation (IGO) sector, which now accounts for a significant proportion of the health and life insurance company’s client portfolio.
The 100 new jobs will add to the 700 strong workforce currently operating at Allianz Worldwide Care’s operational hub in Park West, Dublin. The company has already created 74 new jobs this year and the recruitment drive for the newly announced 100 additional jobs is now underway.
To accommodate the expansion, and with an eye on future growth, the company has recently purchased four office blocks in Park West’s Joyce Way, a stones throw from its previously rented offices at Beckett Way, Park West. The acquisition brings Allianz Worldwide Care’s Dublin office footprint to over 51,000 square feet and affirms the company’s long term commitment to Ireland and the creation of employment in the Dublin region.
Louise has a Marketing Degree from Limerick Institute of Technology. She has also completed a Certificate in Personnel Practice from the National College of Ireland. She is also CIPD accredited. She has 16 years Recruitment experience with Collins McNicholas (Dublin, Galway & Athlone), HRM (Dublin), Lionbridge (Mayo) and Team Horizon (Mayo & Dublin).
She has also worked in Quality Assurance in Allergan (Mayo) & with Ballina Beverages (Mayo).
She has successful recruitment experience involving key roles within Human Resources, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Planning for large multinational companies. She was involved in recruiting all levels including Senior Management for the Medical Devices, Electronic, Pharmaceutical & Manufacturing Industries both on the contracting and permanent side of the business. She has developed a Strong Network of Engineers built up over the last 16 years as she worked in the Mayo, Sligo, Dublin, Athlone and Galway Markets.
Louise has joined CareerWise in March 2017 with the responsibility of growing the business out of the new Mayo office with a primary focus on the West & North-West regions.
