40 Professional Diplomas in Education student teachers and Irish Science Teachers Association (ISTA) teachers, received Certificates of Achievement after completing a six week introductory course to electronics. Secondary students in Cork are learning about electronics due to the seventh year of cooperation between UCC and the Department of Electronic Engineering at the Cork Institute of Technology.
