The IDA today reported that GuestLogix Inc., the leading global provider of onboard retail and payment technology solutions to airlines, rail operators and the passenger travel industry, today announced the launch of its Global Customer Support Centre (GCSC) in Dublin, Ireland later in 2014. The Company will continue to support its more than 80 clients out of its regional head offices in London, Dallas and Hong Kong, and will also extend its Product Innovation Lab from its Moncton, Canada location to Dublin, Ireland to support both current and burgeoning relationships in the area.
“IDA Ireland is in active discussions with GuestLogix about coming to Dublin”
“IDA Ireland has established a dedicated division to attract early stage fast growth companies to Ireland and GuestLogix would be a welcome addition to the existing tech cluster in the city. GuestLogix is an example of a fast growth cloud-based software company, in this case serving the global travel industry. IDA looks forward to engaging with the company about their Irish operations.”
Barry O’Leary, CEO, IDA Ireland
In addition to two of the industry’s major airline brands, Dublin is also home to several travel technology companies specializing in ancillary revenue solutions outside of the aircraft cabin. GuestLogix will be opening its Global Customer Support Centre in Dublin in the Fall of 2014. In late 2013, Invest NB announced GuestLogix will be opening its new Product Innovation Lab in Moncton, Canada this year. The GCSC in Dublin will augment the Moncton-based development centre for GuestLogix’ next generation solutions as well as provide technical customer support experts able to travel on-site to customers in Ireland, the rest of Europe and around the globe when necessary.
“At GuestLogix, we continue to survey the needs of our customers and balance that against our growth efforts across the globe”
“As the leading technology provider in our field, it made perfect sense for us to bolster our presence in the area as we currently service both major carriers located in Ireland and see extensive strategic partner opportunities within the region. We are also very much aware of the extensive talent pool that resides within Dublin and elsewhere in Ireland, which will help support our growth initiatives.”
GuestLogix President & CEO, Brett Proud
