Chemical Operator

Chemical Operator required by CareerWise Recruitment for our client in Shannon. The Chemical Operator will be required to Manufacture Quality on time products and the safe operation of equipment and machinery.

Role of this position

• Daily executions of the production and shipping schedules to ensure production targets are met.
• Reporting of faulty equipment
• Actively pursue the attainment of personal key performance indicators.
• Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Report any deviations from expected outcome to immediate superior.
• Report any safety and security breaches to immediate superior.
• Quality control of in-process and final products
• Ensure traceability by following correct labelling principles.
• Responsible for PM security. Adherence to security protocol.
• Report any safety and security breaches to immediate superior.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the production and equipment.
• Follow good manufacturing principles.
• Identify and communicate restrictions and bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System at all times.
• Perform other duties which may reasonably be expected of the position

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years previous experience as a chemical operator.
