Job Description

A Contract Deliveries Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Shannon based client who are in the Aviation industry. A Law Degree or a Legal Diploma is preferred for this opportunity, as well as at least 3 years in the Aviation industry. Please contact Tom Devaney for more information.

Role of this position

  • Lead deliveries on a regional basis ensuring smooth release of Engines to customers.
  • Active involvement to ensure all Condition Precedent requirements are complied with and where necessary any discrepancies are flagged as early as possible in the process and rectified accordingly.
  • Record contracts to ensure that all Legal documents are filed efficiently and is easily accessible to team colleagues.
  • Communicate with internal departments in respect outstanding documentation regarding deliveries/redeliveries.
  • Monitor Insurance exposure to ensure that all Engines are appropriately insured at all times and all necessary insurance certificates, coverages, contract parties are in place prior to and during all leases (including housekeeping and maintenance agreements) and the coverage provided is compliant with all of THE COMPANY'S contractual requirements and obligations.
  • Liaise with customers ensure that all CP's are provided and renewed as they fall due.
  • Liaise with external advisors as necessary.
  • Participating and advising in the implementation of new processes and systems as necessary.
  • Recommend and lead continuous improvements to existing systems ensuring simplification of processes benefiting business.
  • Advise Company personnel of status of all contracts on a regular basis, ensuring that all upcoming renewal / expiry dates or extension options are notified to the relevant deal teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3+ years' experience in the Aviation industry is desirable.
  • A Law Degree or Legal Diploma is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as a wider team member with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to quickly identify and prioritise issues, devise solutions and communicate effectively across the business.
  • Highly organized with ability to run several transactions simultaneously.
  • Display a positive attitude and flexible approach to assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally and with external customers.
  • Team player and strong teamwork ethic with high level of integrity.
  • Strong inter-personal skills, willingness and ability to work with a variety of different teams.
  • A desire to work in a high demand environment with a positive energy and attitude.
