Financial Accountant - Hybrid

My Client, a reputable and well known employer in Cork, is looking to recruit a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis. This ideal candidate will be offered a very competitive salary, full benefits, career progression and the opportunity to work directly with an experienced Senior Finance Manager.

Role of this position

• Preparation of the Monthly and Quarterly Management Accounts 
• Preparation of Journals, Balance sheet Reconciliations and the Month End Process 
• Tax Returns - VAT and trading details
• Budgeting and Forecasting 
• Delivering Accurate Financial Analysis to drive key decisions 
• Responsible for the Accounts Payable and Receivable function 
• Maintaining a successful controlled environment for Sox reporting 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Professional Accounting Qualification - ACCA,ACA,CIMA or CPA 
• 3 Years PQE in a Multinational Environment
• Management Experience 
• Sap or ERP experience required 
• The ability to meet strict deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
