HSE Professional

An HSE Professional is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our multinational biopharmaceutical client in Limerick for a permanent, fulltime on-site role.

The HSE Professional will join the dedicated Health, Safety Environmental (HSE) Team and play an integral part in developing, maintaining and continually improving the HSE Systems/Programs at our new manufacturing site.

Role of this position

* Develop, integrate and continuously improve Safety/Health programmes. Site program owner of several Safety/Health programmes including but not limited to Safety Culture, Training and Awareness.

* Provide specialist advice and technical support/expertise to the site to ensure compliance with Safety/Health legislation, corporate standards, policies and industry guidance.

* Support the development of a safety culture with integrated safety practices and open safety conversations.

* Develop and deliver high quality Safety/Health training and communications.

* Drive implementation of site Safety/Health initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (or related subject)

* Minimum of 2-4 years relevant professional experience in a manufacturing facility (Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated Industry)
