A Payroll Administrator is required by Careerwise Recruitment for our Galway based Client.This is a maternity cover position up to 12 months, and an excellent opportunity to work on a large scale Payroll.
Role of this position
- You will assist with processing payrolls both monthly and weekly.
- Assist with maintaining employee receivable records.
- You will be responsible for Generating various payroll and time card reports.
- Dealing with questions and problems with employees regarding payroll issue.
- Assist with general ledger account reconciliation, and payroll analytical reviews.
- 3 years + payroll experience in dealing with weekly and monthly payroll.
- Previous experience with large payrolls would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software program.
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
