Recruitment Consultant

A Recruitment Consultant is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Mayo office. If you are interested in your next big challenge then this is the position for you !!!

Role of this position

• Generate live vacancies through the development of existing key relationships and the creation of new contacts
• Meet with client organisations to ascertain needs and requirements of position and service delivery.
• Introduce candidates to client companies via an effective recruitment process. Manage the process from initial introduction to offer stage.
• Develop Marketing collateral to support your target market.
• Participate in the negotiation and secure AVL (Approved Vendor Listing) with blue chip clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree Qualified (Level 7 plus)
• Ideally you will have 2 to 3 years professional experience, some of which being industry with a recent track record in technical recruitment in Ireland.
