A German based Sales Director is required by Careerwise recruitment to work with our Life Science industry client.
Role of this position
- Responsible for winning & expanding clients in German, DACH and Central Europe regions.
- Manage sales process through qualification, business analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close.
- Manage the pipeline to drive sales forecast, revenue and exceed target goals.
- Navigate client and partner organizations to drive awareness and ensure stakeholder alignment at all levels.
- Onboard and work with regional partners to help drive sales and delivery.
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, contracting and professional services teams.
- 10 years of successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS sales role.
- Must have experience in German or DACH region to Life Sciences (preferably within quality, validation, and manufacturing).
- Proven history of achieving sales success, especially winning new clients.
- Fluent German speaker with good English ability.
