This is a six month maternity cover post.
Role of this position
- Answering the phone and directing calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Customer Services
- Filing and administration duties
- Previous experience in a secretarial role is essential - in a medical/doctors practice would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and flexibility is required
- Must have pleasant manner and be good at dealing with the public
