Equifax, a global leader in consumer, commercial and workforce information solutions, today announced the opening of a new information technology (IT) talent centre in Dublin, and has vowed to create 100 new jobs. The announcement is to help address the company’s growing global information technology needs.
Equifax said its IT talent centre, on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, will develop new solutions for its business around the world. Over 100 highly skilled research and development positions will be available, with hiring already under way.

Founded in 1889, Equifax gathers information on more than 600 million consumers worldwide.
With its headquarters in Atlanta, in the US, it already has offices in Wexford, which employs 90 people.
The company organizes, assimilates and analyzes data on more than 600 million consumers and more than 80 million businesses worldwide and its databases include more than 200 million employee files.
Gillian Dunphy graduated from University College Cork in 1998 with a Degree in Social Science and a H. Dip in Computer Science.
Gillian has many years experience working in Industry with Companies such as Ericsson, Ennis Information Age Services, Teles and RSA Security both in technology roles and in project Management and Sales.
She also has a number of years recruitment experience having worked for both Skills Group Recruitment and Premier Recruitment.
Gillian is based in our Shannon office having joined CareerWise as a Recruitment Consultant in May 2018.
