The company has customers in around 100 countries and its global online platform helps people buy and sell tickets to live sports, entertainment and theatre events all over the world.
The new operations centre is recruiting for a range of technical and customer service roles for people with a range of skills and languages, including German, French, Italian, and Spanish.

While the new centre is due to open later this year, those who have already been recruited are currently based at a temporary location in the city centre.
The investment is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through IDA Ireland. “Limerick continues to attract businesses in a variety of sectors including technology, medical devices and financial services,” said IDA Ireland CEO Barry O’Leary. “Companies are attracted to Limerick for a variety of reasons – access to excellent talent from the University of Limerick and Limerick Institute of Technology, as well as proximity to international routes in Shannon being but a few examples.“
