As Marketing Manager, Gillian leads the company’s digital and content marketing strategy, since joining the company in 2011. She is responsible for planning, creating, and overseeing engaging multi-channel campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and attract both clients and candidates.
She brings extensive expertise in desktop publishing and project management to her role. She began her career in editorial and desktop publishing, where she spent five years developing a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of layout design, content formatting, and brand consistency.
She later moved into a large multinational telecommunications organisation, where she spent over nine years in Finance, HR, and Project Administration roles. In this corporate environment, she strengthened her organisational and coordination capabilities, gained valuable experience in budget oversight, and supported the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects.
She studied Personnel Management at University of Limerick and holds a Diploma in Business Studies.
