Laura has a bachelor of arts degree in Literacy and Geography from NUIG and a postgraduate in education from the University of East London. As a trained primary school teacher, Laura has exceptional organisational skills.
She worked as both a team leader and a curriculum lead within education, giving her excellent communication and leadership skills.
Laura joined CareerWise as compliance administrator, having moved home from the UK after 11 years. Laura is responsible for monitoring all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards, throughout the recruitment process.
