Yelp, which specialises in business reviews, will today announce the creation of over 100 new jobs in the capital.
The decision to base its European headquarters in Dublin was described as “landmark” by the company, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

The news will come as a boost to Taoiseach Enda Kenny, who has been forced to address a range of domestic issues during his three-day visit to the west coast of America.
Recruitment for the positions – which range from sales and finance to engineering – will begin immediately.
The Taoiseach said that attracting new companies to Ireland is a crucial part of the Government’s recovery plan.

Yesterday, HP announced that it is to create 100 additional jobs at a new office in Ballybrit, Co. Galway.
The jobs will be created in the cloud services area and will be filled next year following the completion of the new state-of-the-art facility.
Speaking at the HQ headquarters in San Alto, Mr Kenny said the office will be up in running by spring next year.

She was involved in recruiting all levels including Senior Management for the Medical Devices, Electronic, Pharmaceutical & Manufacturing Industries both on the contracting and permanent side of the business. She has developed a Strong Network of Engineers built up over the last 16 years as she worked in the Mayo, Sligo, Dublin, Athlone and Galway Markets.
