As a member of the CareerWise team, you will be involved in delivering challenging projects, in a very competitive industry. We operate fixed term contracts and there are 2 options available to our contractors.

PAYE WORKER (ON CAREERWISE RECRUITMENTS BOOKS)

Paid for bank holidays & full holiday entitlement
Very little administration

Employees paid on time via electronic payments directly to their bank accounts
Deductions and payments made to pensions and health insurance if required

SELF EMPLOYED CONTRACTOR

Normally a higher rate of pay
Holidays and bank holidays at your own expense also any time taken off sick
Fixed Term contract
Flexibility of being self employed
Being able to take time off between contracts

In charge of your own taxes
Administration needs to be completed as you are running your own company and are liable for taxes and Vat on your earnings.
You are not protected by current legislation for all employee rights

Regular & prompt payment of approved invoices
