Customer Service Coordinator required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Galway client. This is an evolving role that will support the customer service and marketing functions of the business. It is a very varied and challenging opportunity - you will never get bored!
Role of this position
- Point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Support the Galway office manager.
- Data Entry / System Management /Database project work, liaising with developers.
- Project Assistance as required
- Assist in the development and curation of engaging content for social media platforms.
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
- Assist with the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and projects.
- 2+ years of Administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Extremely well organised.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good team player with strong ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
