HR Manager

A HR Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Limerick based MN client company. Proven experience in IR required.

Role of this position

* Serves as subject-matter expert to managers.

* Applies policies and procedures across organization and assists in the interpretation and administration of company policies and guidelines.

*  Effectively builds strong partnerships with managers to ensure HR resources are effectively provided to each group 

*  Partners with managers and HR to implement business solutions, utilising HR expertise and perspective; supports managers on HR projects. 

* Coaches managers on HR and business-related issues. 

* Executes programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organisational culture. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Min L8 Degree B.A. or similar

* 6+ years of increasingly responsible human resources experience preferred.

* Experience in a unionised environment is essential.

* Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations/performance management matters. 

* Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skills. 

* Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence different groups 

* Demonstrated execution ability.

* Capability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization 

* Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
