Inside Sales Representative

An Inside Sales Representative is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our global agricultural equipment client to support strong business growth. The person will be home office based as part of the Irish Sales Team focused on building on existing and new client relationships.

Role of this position

• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a true passion for the future developments of the livestock industry.
• As part of the role, the applicant will be given the opportunity to attend shows, livestock markets, visit large farms and the autonomy to develop and grow their area in a fun and fast paced environment.
• Maintain and grow the revenues via customer retention and acquisition.
• Cross-sell existing and new customers with additional products and solutions
• Updating the CRM systems with orders and sales lead information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Previous sales experience in the agri sector desirable.
• Preferably an agricultural degree or background.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to succeed and hit budgets set.
• Excellent telephone manner and IT literate (Excel, Word, Outlook).
