An Office Administrator/Office Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Kerry based client.

Role of this position
- Management and Validation of data
- Running reports
- Spreadsheets and reporting
- Filing and other ad hoc administration duties
- Recording of vehicle data upon entry and exit of site
- Office Management
- 2 years plus in a similar administration role in a busy office environment
- Excellent technical skills in particular the use of excel
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced office setting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on initiative
- Flexible approach
