Production Manager

A Production Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Co Cork based MN med device client. This role would report into the site Director of Operations .

Role of this position

• Leading a group of Production Leads, Team Leaders and Production Operators according to established procedures and current world class manufacturing practices.
• Responsible for manufacturing products at optimum cost, quality, customer satisfaction and delivery in accordance with defined schedule.
• Establish standards of performance and monitor same against pre-determined standards.
• Production planning, Product Line Lay out and staffing levels for proper operation.
• Provide positive leadership by interpreting company policy and management directives for Production Personnel.
• Provide accurate and timely information to management as directed by ongoing business needs.
• Supervise compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental and Security Procedures.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 8+ years' experience in the supervision of large number of personnel, preferably in a world class manufacturing environment.
• Third Level Qualification is desired.
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Leadership skills
