QA/QC

QA/QC required by CareerWise Recruitment for our multinational client in Shannon, County Clare.

Responsibilities

Daily /Weekly:

• Collecting production samples each morning for analysis.
• Preparing Excel spreadsheet each morning on daily/nightly production efficiency for Plant Manager.
• Preparing daily reports on Extrusion production and waste controls.
• Receiving and checking incoming label orders from several printers.
• Preparing printed label sample sheets for weekly shipments to customers.
• Preparing dimensional checks on all product series in operation each morning.
• Preparing KPI reports at a defined period.
• Scanning of all production documentation to QA computer.
• Reviewing requirements of 9001 and14001 standards.
• Reviewing requirements of PRP's and SOP's for FSSC 22000 standard.
• Reviewing all relevant emails and replying in a timely manner.

Weekly:

• Maintaining FSSC 22000 PRP's and SOPs as required throughout the surveillance period for auditing.
• Maintaining documentation as required for processes in the Integrated Quality Management and Environmental systems.
• Completing customer questionnaires and replying to all external communication queries.
• Completing all finished label order documentation.
• Completing Corporate Engineering Notices and Bulletin distribution to defined departments.
• Attending both Leadership and Food Safety Team meetings with management team members.
• Securing all product samples are stored for retrieval if needed.

Monthly:

• Correlating all relevant data from FSSC 22000 processes for uploading to main corporate site.
• Correlating training matrix with Production manager on all employees.
• Food Safety Training for all core employees and temporary workers.
• Logging all Customer Complaint Forms for Management Meetings.

Annually

• Confirming onsite courses for Manual Handling/ Audiometric Testing, First Aid Refresher Training, Forklift Refresher training,
• Correlating Health and Safety Manuals.
• Reviewing Risk Analysis onsite.
• Ensuring all Health and Safety Equipment is serviced.
• Ensuring all Non-Conformances are completed in an agreed time scale.
• Liasing with Lead Auditors for each audit.

Requirments:

• Experience in maintaining and preparing audits
• An integrated ISO 9001-2015 Quality management System and 14001-2015 Environmental management System.
• FSSC 22000 Food Safety System Certification.
