Best Back Office Winners – 2023 ERF Awards

We couldn’t be happier to receive the Best Back Office award at the ERF Awards on Friday night. This is a testament to the incredible work that our team does every day. They always strive to deliver excellence and exceed expectations. We are so proud of them and grateful for their dedication and passion.

Not only did we win Best Back Office team we were also shortlisted for Best Medium Agency. While we didn’t take home the trophy for this one, it was an honor to be shortlisted and will continue to put our clients and candidates at the very core of how we operate.

A huge thanks to the Employment & Recruitment Federation, Geraldine King, Janice O’Rourke and Ann Douglas who work so hard for the benefit of our profession.

We had a blast celebrating our achievements and sharing our joy with our colleagues and friends. Huge congratulations to all the winners on the night!

Gillian’s background is rooted in a vast multinational telecoms firm, contributing over nine years in Finance/HR and Project Administration roles. Additionally, she brings a wealth of knowledge from five years in editorial and desktop publishing.

Her academic credentials include a study in Personnel Management at the University of Limerick, complemented by a diploma in Business Studies.
