The company, which is located in the Silicon Docks areas of Dublin, already employs 46 people.
LogMeIn provides virtual private network services to client companies who can access their files remotely using personal computers or notebooks.
The investment is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through IDA Ireland.
The new positions will span technical roles, sales, marketing, finance, HR and IT.

Gillian has many years experience working in Industry with Companies such as Ericsson, Ennis Information Age Services, Teles and RSA Security both in technology roles and in project Management and Sales.
She also has a number of years recruitment experience having worked for both Skills Group Recruitment and Premier Recruitment.
