CareerWise Recruitment – Celebrating the opening of our new Mayo office

We at CareerWise are continuing our strategic expansion with the opening of our new larger premises in Crossmolina, Mayo. There were great celebrations at the official opening last Thursday, 16th of February. The CareerWise team were thrilled to have special guests Rachel Kearns – Mayo Footballer & Australian Rules Football (Geelong) and Michael Loftus – County Councillor (Ballina Municipal District) join them, for the opening.

The opening of our larger office re-affirms our commitment to provide unparalleled recruitment solutions to a strategically important region and a testament to our continued growth over the past number of years. We recognise the MidWest, NorthWest and Midlands areas as very exciting markets and have ambitious growth targets for the regions.

Our Mayo office is headed up by Louise Mulligan (Recruitment Manager). Louise joined us in 2017 with a Marketing Degree from LIT and she is also CIPD accredited. With over 17 years recruitment experience with Collins McNicholas (Dublin, Galway & Athlone), HRM (Dublin), Lionbridge (Mayo) and Team Horizon (Mayo & Dublin), she has also worked in Quality Assurance in Allergan (Mayo) & with Ballina Beverages (Mayo).

Louise has successful recruitment experience involving key roles within Human Resources, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Planning for large multinational companies. She is involved in recruiting all levels including Senior Management for the Medical Devices, Electronic, Pharmaceutical & Manufacturing Industries both on the contracting and permanent side of the business. She has developed a strong network of candidates built up over the last 17 years as she worked in the Mayo, Sligo, Dublin, Athlone and Galway Markets.

Gillian Murphy

(Marketing Manager) CIPD – Shannon Office

Gillian comes from a large multinational telecoms environment, where she worked in Finance/HR and Project Administration for over 9 years. She also has many years editorial/desktop publishing experience.

Since joining CareerWise Recruitment, Gillian has been focusing on developing and utilising all relevant aspects of social and professional media. Gillian has a strong creative acumen and develops, implements and executes a clear, engaging content marketing strategy. Her creative content generation is compelling and increases awareness and brand visibility.

She is CIPD (University of Limerick) qualified and also holds a diploma in Business Studies.
