Some 300 new jobs will be created by pharmaceutical firm Wasdell in Co Louth.
The UK-based firm is to build a 70,000 square foot greenfield facility at IDA Ireland’s site in Mullagharlin in the town.
The €30m investment, supported by the Government, will see the jobs created over the next five years at the IDA’s site in Mullagharlin, Dundalk.
The privately owned British company’s capability includes clinical trials packing, primary and secondary packaging and distribution of biopharmaceutical products.
The new jobs will include roles in general management, production manager and supervisors, laboratory, engineering and maintenance, production operatives, warehouse, finance and administration, health and safety and human resources.

He has successfully utilised his project management and team leading skills in implementing numerous cost-saving and process improvement projects.
